PJ brings over 20 years of experience to deploy a unique blend of commercial knowledge of private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds with expertise in leadership assessment, talent management, and organizational strategy across multiple industries. To meet all needs, he can call upon numerous affiliate partners and consultants to augment his delivery capabilities across project scopes and geographies.

He was previously a Principal at Green Peak Partners, one of the leading human capital firms serving mid-market private equity and their portfolio companies, venture capital, and hedge funds. PJ has personally counseled and coached leaders of global business units, founders of multi-billion-dollar hedge funds, and CEOs of numerous portfolio companies across all industries. He has assessed candidates for C-suite positions in private equity portfolio companies, portfolio managers and senior leadership in hedge funds, and deal professionals and potential investments for early-stage to later-stage venture capital firms.

 

Previously, he led commercial due diligence projects for mid-market private equity firms at EY-Parthenon, and served clients in numerous industries and nonprofit organizations at McKinsey & Company. 

 

He has led several nonprofit organizations as the CEO or Executive Director and has served on several Boards, including the Princeton University Board of Trustees and the Council for Urban Professionals. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and an AB from Princeton University. He is also a CTI-trained executive coach and is passionate about enabling people and organizations to cherish their differences and unleash their collective potential.

PJ lives in New York City with his wife and three children. His family loves the Lincoln Square neighborhood for the natural beauty of Hudson River Park, the eclectic mix of people, and the abundance of performing arts.
